How to return:

To be eligible:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Item must be in its original condition and packaging
- Must not have been washed or heavily used

Damaged or defective items:
If your HugglePal arrives damaged, email us a photo and we will send you a replacement immediately — no need to return the original item.

Refunds:
Processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping:
Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
